Telephone Interviews

Sorensen Associates maintains a 10 station phone center where we conduct follow up interviews for home use tests, small random telephone surveys, and recruitment for in-store qualitative, focus groups, or pre-recruit CLT tests. Recruitment is done through Sorensen Associates' database, which is developed from respondents recruited for in-store studies.

We also have the capability to conduct CATI telephone surveys through our field partners.
